Looking further than Red Rose if you are booking an event. I am supposed by the negative review below. From the minute I walked in, I had the most amazing service from Rosetta! Thank you for making my wedding reception so successful! You treated me like your own daughter! You are an amazing person and do your job with perfection! Food and service was excellent!! Last weekend we had our baby's first birthday party celebration at Red Rose. When I was initially searching for a place, I walked into Red Rose -- I was amazed with the ambiance and elegancy the place portrayed. I was still unsure until I met Rosetta -- she confidently answered all my queries and took time in discussing and planning one of the most special event of our lives. She didn't treat me as just another customer but understood how important this event is for us and took time to help us make it special and memorable. The day of the party, we walked in and the Red Rose team had outdone themselves-- everything looked spectacular. I had nothing to worry about-- everything went on very smoothly. Rosetta and Narinder were both present to help us with any issues prior to the party (issues were almost none btw!!). The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the food was excellent!!! All in all, we are very happy. If you are looking for the same experience, I suggest you look no further and call Rosetta ASAP! THANK YOU ROSETTA & NARINDER & RED ROSE STAFF !!!!!

My Mother in law to be and my mother were shopping around for venues for my wedding shower did not have red rose in mind at all but they were in the area and decided to take a look, when they walked in and seen the new Reno’s there mouths drooped and then that’s when Rosetta came she was super friendly and knows what she’s talking about my mother in law and mother fell in love with Rosetta.. When my mom came home she wouldn’t shut up about how amazing Rosetta was, a couple days later we all went in to book the hall for the shower I told Rosetta it was a shame that I booked at the MCC already for the wedding Rosetta right away said have the wedding here ill take care of you, I told her that I’m not doing anything till I try the food Rosetta then planed a day to come in and try the food and I must say the Italian and Portuguese food was cooked perfect we signed the contract that night for the wedding and since were doing the wedding and the shower we also booked the stag. I will post the outcome of the shower and wedding to let you know how everything came out…. But I’m 100% sure Rosetta will not let me nor my friends and family down. I will give 4 stars for now till I see the outcome keep posted for my updates

What a success our event was ! This was thanks to the great service we received from a wonderful staff. However, there was one employee who stood out …. her name is Rosetta. Without her dedication to detail and promptness in execution of everything; from the moment I met with her when booking the event to the end of the event, was exceptional! Her keen eye and expertise was what made this event a wonderful success. As for the food - we still have employees talking about how good and tasty it all was. I am mary, i got an incredible customer service experience from Rossetta the very first minuite i walked in Redrose convention center,in March myself and my sister were looking for a banquet hall for an event,and we had been to several other banquet halls in Missiauga/Brampton but for the classical,unique,warm,friendly and yet proffessional attention we got from Rosseta,we decieded to have our event in Redrose.The pricing is just right,the location is good parking area is ok,the halls are kept sparkling clean and tidy, I mean what more could you ask for.
