Came on business, working overnights in the financial district, they could not arrange the housekeeping to save my life until the last week I was there and had to get really nasty. The heater didn't work in one room. We received so many calls from them in the middle of the day asking questions about things we had thought was already settled by the front desk that we wound up unplugging our phones so we could sleep. The front desk said that you could smoke on the 17th floor outside of the gym but there's an old man that apparently has the suite at the end and threatens you with his broom if he catches you up there, I wish I was kidding. The breakfast there is advertised as $14.95 but they fail to mention that if you get bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes or mini waffles that are laid out on a table very similar to all the rest of the tables then it becomes $24.95. You'll find that out a little too late. They had the power off for 6 hours straight on a day it snowed and didn't offer any kind of help to their guests, no extra blankets, no discounted room rate, nothing. The fire inspection was just 2 days prior to that and was an all day affair. The Wi-Fi does not work well in the rooms, you have to find the right spot in your room for it to work and it will ONLY work there.
